Flower Paradise

Every corner and house in Costa Rica has different types of tropical flowers. These are just some of the many flowers we see on our way to class.

Food food food

Our tica mom is the best cook and makes us something different every night! I don't know how she does it. We usually have beans with different types of rice and vegetables, salad, and fresh squeezed fruity lemonade.

Last night we had this garlic Parmesan pasta with frijoles(beans), tomato cabbage salad, and watermelon pineapple lemonade.

Veritas Universidad

What is best about our university is that it is open and sunlight pours into every room. Each class has an amazing view of the mountains.  Its known for its design and architecture programs. While there are many ticos students, the university is known for its international programs. There are so many students from all over the United States. After arriving here, we realized that Costa Rica is a popular destination for studying abroad.

Our adventure begins!

Landing on the San Jose airport. The lush greenery and grandiose view of the mountains took us by surprise.

Aerial view on the way to Costa Rica. One of the most unique sights we have seen.
